Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area.
- Gordon Theodore Peltz was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for refusing to provide a sample and sentenced to one day in jail for dangerous driving and assault for which Peltz was also sentenced to one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample. Peltz was also assessed $200 in victim surcharges. Peltz was in custody for 129 days on the driving-related counts prior to sentencing.
- Matthew William Hall was sentenced to seven days in jail for criminal harassment. Hall was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count and for breaching probation. Hall was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing. - Daniel Wayne Hansen was sentenced to 18 months probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibition, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for assault with a weapon and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
- Arthur Edward Went was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for refusing to provide a sample.
