Scots cops were alerted to a late-night collision and discovered the driver to be under the influence of cannabis.

Dunbar Road Police after receiving reports of the crash at Newtongrange, Midlothian, and the say the driver tested positive for drugs. Images from the scene show a motor that apparently collided with a roadside barrier, with considerable damage to the front of the vehicle and debris lying across the road.In the tweet Police Scotland warned drivers they will be testing for drugs throughout the year.
