A convicted sex offender who allegedly threatened to “rape” a stranger on the street is back haunting the East Village.
Marseille was sentenced to five months in jail last year for allegedly groping two women, according to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office. Christine Rucci and Kristen Booth have sent in complaints to the NYPD about a homeless man who hangs out between East 3rd Street and East 5th Street.Marseille spent 15 days cooling his heels at Rikers Island but is now back, “more agitated” than ever, the victims told The Post. And now that Marseille is free again to roam East Third Street and East Fifth Street along Second Avenue, he’s “more agitated” than ever.
