Chiefs Legend: 'Changes Were Long Overdue'
With Kaizer Chiefs expected to wrap their pre-season tour of Turkiye, the supporters have been anticipating several announcements from the club for what is expected to be exciting times for Amakhosi.
The developments at the Soweto giants have also been welcomed by the club’s former players and legends, such as Nhlanhla Kubheka, who are expecting better results and progress under newly appointed coach Nasreddine Nabi and his technical team. “Having said that, I think we also need former players to be part of that. We need them to be part of that technical team so that they can learn from the current coaching staff. That would also be helpful to the club in future, if they leave at some point,” he said. One of the new signings for the Glamour Boys is Rushwin Dortley whose now former club Cape Town Spurs have confirmed his switch to Amakhosi, and Kubheka has given his seal of approval to the move.
