A Chicago-based developer has broken ground on a new logistics project in Grand Prairie.The project at 2700 Avenue K will open later this year with more than 200,000 square feet of space.
The building site is eight miles from DFW International Airport. Luke Davis of Stream Realty Partners is leasing the building.
