Journalist Camilla Tominey slams TikTok sleuths trying to tackle tragic Nicola Bulley case
Journalist Camilla Tominey appeared on Monday's episode of This Morning where she slammed the "amateur sleuths" trying to tackle the Nicola Bulley case.
Nicola went missing in St Michael's on Wyre in Lancashire three weeks ago, after dropping her two young daughters off at school, before taking the family dog, Willow, for a walk. Speaking on Monday morning, Camilla said: "Actually the police have got an extraordinarily difficult job balancing the news to the press to report on latest developments with the family's needs to maintain privacy and try to keep it together for the sake of these two young girls.
Philip then said: "That's fuelled by there are an enormous amount of true crime series on streaming services. Obviously this is something that's enormous on podcasts, people looking at cold cases, so it's the culture now."
