A creepy businessman broke into a woman's house and performed a sex act with underwear he found while rifling through her drawers. Ashley Watling, who had run a successful business before losing much of his money on cryptocurrency, had a key cut and let himself into his victim's home twice.

Watling, of Basford, pled guilty to two charges of burglary with intent to cause criminal damage - as there was no sexual offence available with which to charge him. Rob Holt, mitigating, said Watling has taken steps to address his mental health and to distance himself from the couple.
