One thing that is a common argument among Brits is which supermarket is the best place to shop for deals, cheap food or the best variety of products. From Tesco to Sainsbury’s, the nation is divided when it comes to which grocery shop is best.
Despite the high prices and reputation of being “posh”, the cost of living crisis doesn’t seem to impact Waitrose’s loyal customers, scoring a high score of 64.4 out of 100 in the brand loyalty index. Sainsbury's came in third with an index score overall of 51.89, not far off second-placed supermarket Tesco. Morrisons is third with a score of 48.15 out of 100, and Asda finishes off the top five with a score of 47.53.
