BREAKING: Shock new coaching appointments at Sekhukhune
In yet another twist, Sekhukhune United have confirmed the appointment of Kaitano Tembo as Senior Coach to new Head Coach Lehlohonolo Seema , following the shock exit of Peter Hyballa.
In a statement released by the club on Thursday, it was confirmed that Babina Noko’s new-look technical team would consist of Lehlohonolo Seema, Kaitano Tembo, Nascent Nkhwashu, Paulus Masehe, and MacDonald Makhubedu.He will be assisted by Paulus Masehe while new recruit Kaitano Tembo will serve as senior coach in a set-up somewhat reminiscent of Mamelodi Sundowns’ co-coaching set-up.
Makhubedu oversaw Babina Noko from the technical bench as they were knocked out of the MTN8 after losing 1-0 to Cape Town City on Sunday.Sekhukhune will return to competitive action when they take on newly promoted Magesi on 14 September.In preparation for the new and exciting 2024/25 Betway Premiership season and to meet the demands of another CAF Confederation Cup campaign, Sekhukhune United have made some changes to the technical team.
