Four suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of a woman who was killed outside of Wynberg Magistrate's Court last week, police said on Friday.Video footage of the incident showed a man running up to the victim, aiming a gun at her and firing.Health Minister Joe Phaahla has announced Professor Taole Mokoena as the new health ombud.
