Betty Knight was awarded £70,000 compensation and the college was ordered to write a letter of apology
The teacher, Betty Knight, had her English lesson monitored in December 2019 and has given ‘humiliating’ feedback afterwards. In February 2021, Ms Knight resigned from her job and sued the college and claimed she had been harassed out of her role and later constructively dismissed.
