Big Brother's star promises a night to remember at the social media awards
She was forced to downgrade her lifestyle and move back home, where she sold ice cream. Luckily, this year's Big Brother Mzansi came at the right time for her, and her career has been on an upward trajectory since then.The 29-year-old is set to host the SA Social Media Awards on Saturday at Constitution Hill, Johannesburg, alongside Somizi Mhlongo’s estranged husband, Mohale Motaung.
Nominees include controversial content creators Mihlali Ndamase, Kim Jayde, Mpumi Ledwaba and Linda Mtoba, as well as TikToker Ofentse “Primo” Baloyi. Mokoena said content creators put so much work into their crafts, which was why the entertainment industry was now filled with breakout stars who were discovered on the internet.
