Complainant tells court 'I would say there were about four photos of between my thighs'
CCTV footage of an alleged ‘upskirting’ incident in a Belfast shopping centre was played to a jury today .
The prosecutor told the jury that as the complainant and her friend were walking to the toilet area along a corridor, Marshall can be seen “walking closely behind them”. The woman said her friend “instantly turned round to him and said ‘what are you doing?’ and after she said that I turned round and saw him directly behind me with his phone under my dress”.
The complainant said that at this point her friend spoke to Marshall, and when asked if she saw the phone again she said: “Yes, he brought it out and he was scrolling on it and denying taking any photos.”
