The mischief charge relates to Geddes being found sitting in the middle of the road blocking traffic in the community. Geddes is scheduled to appear in Eskasoni provincial court Oct. 18 to enter pleas on the two offences. Charles Plowman, 52, is to be sentenced in Sydney provincial court on Nov. 9 on a single count of impaired driving.
