Vancouver Police kill people at a higher rate than other B.C. police, but force notes \u0027core city\u0027 draws thousands of people from other areas

In B.C., about two-thirds of police-involved deaths since 2000 were a result of shootings, the lowest proportion of any Canadian police force.
