Jones had two three at cornerback for Wake Forest last season. He spent three seasons in Winston-Salem before entering the portal during the spring window. Jones adds experience to a young group, having spent three seasons with Wake Forest. He made 37 total tackles last season, breaking up two passes.
Jones had been on a visit to Alabama before the report. He posted two photos to social media from Tuscaloosa, the most recent on Sunday.
