His gesture has reportedly angered fans around the country during the holy month of Ramadan, with some calling for the division to expel the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.
Al Nassr, however, have attempted to play down Ronaldo's actions, telling journalist Muhammed Al-Enez that the ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid No. 7 was, in fact, suffering from an injury in a"sensitive area".
