The Barrie Minor Lacrosse Association has identified Luke West as among the four men and two women — all in their 20s — killed in a single-vehicle collision on Sunday in the Ontario city.

Barrie police are still investigating the circumstances of the fatal single-vehicle collision and aren't providing any other information at this time, including who the victims are or how they may have known one another.Luke West was a lacrosse player and coach who played the sport almost his entire life, according to the Bombers Jr. C Lacrosse Club,
"We not only remember these great athletes for what they did on the field, but remember the great people they were in life," reads an Instagram post from the football league. CBC Toronto is working to confirm the identities of the other people killed before publishing any further details.
