“The occupants are believed to be the six missing persons from earlier. The area where the crash was located is the site of a construction project and the intersection has been closed since spring, according to reports.The Barrie Minor Lacrosse Association said West, known as “Westy,” was “part of Barrie lacrosse for almost his entire life” and played in five provincial championships with the association.
