Nineteen people were arrested in KwaZulu-Natal on allegations of “double voting”. Seventeen people succeeded in voting twice in Dannhauser, while two others failed but were arrested in Port Shepstone and Hluhluwe, said Ntombifuthi Masinga of the IEC.
