A suspect remains on the loose after the mass shooting that left 10 dead and another 10 injured, police said.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said the shooting occurred on Garvey Avenue in Monterey Park late Saturday and the suspect remains on the loose. Meyer said people were "pouring out of the location screaming" when officers arrived on the scene at around 10:30 p.m. He said officers then went into the dance ballroom as firefighters treated the wounded.
