The lunch feast begins with a choice of either Klein Karoo ostrich with beetroot, peppered sorghum and rose petal jam or Heirloom tomato tartare with pickled mustard, basil, nasturtium pesto, cranberry oil and buckwheat tuile.

The Mother’s Day High Tea begins with a selection of tea sandwiches, followed by a second savoury course of duck larb and lavender chilli jam; shredded lamb slider and minted tzatziki; stuffed zucchini blossom and coriander truffle pesto; oak-smoked chicken croquette and nasturtium aioli; and artichoke arancini with grapefruit.

The final course is an irresistible selection of pâtisseries and buttery scones with hibiscus jam and Chantilly cream.Lunch: R645 per person | High tea: R425 per person
