"The victim sustained a gunshot wound to her body and was declared deceased on the scene by the medical personnel," he said. CATA spokesperson Nkululeko Sityebi said Bailey had been in a meeting with taxi bosses to discuss internal operations. Someone in the meeting stood up and shot her in broad daylight.
