The company, a subsidiary of DBT Development Group, plans to build three or four buildings totaling about 1 million square feet on the site. The number of buildings and layout of the development will depend on user needs, said David Tolson, the CEO of DBT Development. "We have about six months of planning before the site plan configuration is determined," said Tolson, adding that he expects preliminary site work to begin in about three months.Tolson said his firm was drawn by the electrical and fiber-optic infrastructure on the site, which is in the New Albany International Business Park.
