Arguing before the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg on Tuesday, advocate Wim Trengove SC, for the NPA, said it was not"competent" for Zuma's lawyers to argue the NPA did not have the title to prosecute the former president. Trengove added Downer"stood up for justice and truth every time and stood up to his bosses every time".
