Shivambu's rise to the MK Party's leadership structure follows his decision to withdraw from the Economic Freedom Fighters last week.Former President Jacob Zuma said he was always been fond of Shivambu's capabilities as a politician, insisting he saw his potential during his days in the African National Congress Youth League .
