JOHANNESBURG - Former statesman Jacob Zuma has accused the Electoral Commission of South Africa of provoking the MK Party by declaring the results of the recent general election.This is where his matter against the former leader of his party Jabulani Khumalo was being heard.Judgement in the matter has been reserved.
Zuma later addressed the crowd outside the court saying the IEC provoked them by declaring results that they planned to dispute.
