“Euphoria” castmates Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney have broken their silence on costar Angus Cloud’s untimely death.
“Angus you were an open soul, with the kindest heart, and you filled every room with laughter.”
Sweeney, 25, continued, “This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to post, and I’m struggling to find all the words. You will be missed more than you know, but I’m so blessed to have known you in this lifetime, and I’m sure everyone who has ever met you feels the same. This heartache is real and I wish we could’ve had one more hug and 711 run. All my love is with you.”The Oakland Fire Department confirmed to The Post that they responded to a call from Cloud’s home around 11:30 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesperson said. Per protocol, the body was left in the care of the police department and coroner. Monday afternoon, reporting that Cloud’s mom made the call and mentioned a “possible overdose” after she reportedly found him without a pulse. An HBO spokesperson told The Post in a statement Monday: “We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and ‘Euphoria’ family.
