Zara McDermott appeared to be having a giggle as she responded to sharing an 'intimate' snap of her boyfriend Sam Thompson . .
Writing in a lengthy caption alongside a photo of her in her gym gear at her pilates class, Zara wrote: "Well done me for not snoozing my alarm this morning and getting up for my early reformer session. I think I just need to accept the fact that I'm not a super early morning riser and stop trying to force myself to be one of those people.
"I'm always seeing people on Insta out and about at 5/6am and it makes me feel so cr*p about myself." She continued: "Honestly though, I don't know how people go to sleep early? My brain doesn't switch off before midnight. I'm definitely feeling overloaded at the mo with work... Later, Zara was seemingly attempting to fix her sleeping patterns after !a few nights of not being able to sleep properly," but as she shared a video of her new diffuser, she captured her I'm A Celebrity winner beau Sam laying in bed alongside her.
