Barbra Banda, Zambia's star footballer, is enjoying a remarkable year marked by numerous firsts. She achieved Africa's all-time top scoring record at the Olympic Games, won her first club trophy with Orlando Pride in the NWSL, and was named the league's best player. Her performances, including a hat-trick against Australia at the Olympics, have propelled her to international recognition, making her the first African to be voted into the FIFA Best XI.
