Multi-award-winning songstress Zahara claims she's owed million rands by her former record label, TS Records.

The songstress said she turned to alcohol for comfort because she felt she had no one to talk to."When people buy my music they believe they are putting food on my table, but I am just like you," she said.Zahara parted ways with TS records in 2017.

The label's spokesperson said they are waiting for Zahara to present her case and only thereafter will they be able to respond to claims made in the media.
