Hikers, runners and bikers who have had unsafe run-ins with muggers in the area between Kleinplaas Dam above Red Hill/ Simon’s Town and across to Witsands, Soetwater and Kommetjie, have been invited to contact authorities and make their contributions to the body of evidence being gathered against perpetrators.The City of Cape Town alongside SAPS and SANParks are working together to ensure the safety and protection of those who frequent the area.
