Just stop the war. Both sides are losing lives, facing nothing but destruction. Nobody is winning, so just end it. Nonetheless. I’m glad to know Russia is lending a helping hand.I’m stunned at the annual waste of materials by the City of Ottawa. Thousands upon thousands of laminated placards on posts are placed in snowbanks, indicating the banks are destined to be broken down, blown into trucks and taken away.
