Olympic swimmer Yuliya Efimova may have the most intense quarantine workout you've ever seen. 😅
Later in the clip, she's seen doing a few moves on a mat she has laid out in her home, with knees bent pushing up off the floor. It looks like a challenge, to be sure, and has to be physically taxing. But Yuliya pushes through her workout like a pro, even the parts that look like they've taken years to perfect beyond the whole swimming thing.
"Swim well, land or kitchen," Yuliya captioned her clip in Russian, translated via Google Translate. "Everything new is well forgotten! Catch some exercises for swimming on land so to speak. Don’t be sad and do not get sick. P.S. I’m swimming better than I’m talking and shooting a video. and on a creature so-so. But always on the positive.
These uncertain times have many of us looking to be a bit more creative when it comes to staying in shape, but it seems like Yuliya here may have us all beaten in terms of sheer effort and efficacy. It might be worth adopting some of these moves and seeing if they do your body some good!
