Mr. Kiriyenko told the Russian officials the propaganda campaign went beyond the conflict in Ukraine. “We hope very much that theon the ground ends relatively quickly,” he said, using the Kremlin’s authorized language to describe the invasion. “But when it ends, the information war will continue…That’s the overarching war here.”
