One of the largest homes in the ritzy mountain town of Aspen, Colo., has sold in an unusual transaction for $22 million.
The price is a fraction of the original $45 million the home sought in 2013, according to listings sites. Buyer Christy Thompson, daughter of late Texas oil executive J.
