A 13,500-square-foot home in a sought-after section of Malibu is hitting the market for $42 million
A Mediterranean-style estate is listing for $42 million on Malibu’s Broad Beach, an area popular with celebrities such as Pierce Brosnan and Mel Gibson.
One of the largest in the area, the roughly 13,500-square-foot home is owned by Bill Spears, who runs the manufacturing company Waterway Plastics, and his wife, Sandy Spears. They paid about $2.85 million for the oceanfront site in 2000, according to public records, then built the house.
