Kaizer Chiefs will be saying goodbye to at least five senior professionals at the end of this season, and it might not stop there.

“The previous technical team was convinced that he still has a future at the club and that’s why the club had initially offered to extend his contract for another year plus a one-year option. But now things have changed and it’s not getting better for him. He was already supposed to be either released or loaned out but since his contract expires in June this year I don’t think there is much to be done now. It’s almost as good as done for him as far as renewing his contract is concerned.
