Mark’s collection of interesting artifacts includes such things as books, very old newspapers, and old photos. One outstanding photo really caught my attention.

“I’m sure Paul and a good many young guys played their early hockey there. Besides Art Weatherby and Charlie Toole, probably quite a number of other North River Aces players played hockey on that river. From the photo, it certainly looks like Art and Charlie were enjoying their hockey.” “My father was quiet and if he had done something special during his days playing hockey or ball, he never talked about it,” Mark said. “I remember I heard years later from someone else that Dad scored five goals in a game one night. Dad had never mentioned it.”
