Locally, the Sault Ste. Marie Down Syndrome Society meets once a month as well as holding events
The Sault Ste. Marie Down Syndrome Society is continuing to meet with regular meetings held on the second Thursday of each month.
Last weekend, the group held a bowling night for local families and their friends.The goal of the day is to help people with Down Syndrome be treated fairly and get the same opportunities everyone else does.
