Woolworths Holdings Limited has announced Roy Baggatini as its new CEO and Executive Director with effect from the 17th of February.has announced Roy Baggatini as its new CEO and Executive Director with effect from the 17th of February.
Current CEO Ian Moir will step down on the 16th of February and will facilitate a smooth transition and work closely with Baggatini during the transition period.Baggatini is currently the president of Americas Levi Strauss & Company. Chairperson of the Woolworths Board Hubert Brody welcomed Baggatini’s appointment, saying his extensive experience will prove invaluable.
