Bryan Kohberger is expected at two hearings October 26 on dismissing the grand jury indictment for the murders of 4 University of Idaho students in Moscow, Idaho.
Police say the suspect is approximately 30 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was driving a blue or dark-colored sedan.
According to the Normandy Park Police Department, a 28-year-old woman was stopped near the intersection of SW 170th Street and 16th Avenue around 6:15 p.m. Police say she was forced into the suspect's car at gunpoint and driven a short distance away, where she was sexually assaulted and then released.
