A woman is appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run accident involving her car that was parked at Tampines Mall on Saturday .said she had parked her grey Volkswagen Jetta at the shopping mall's Basement 1 carpark at around 9.35am.
"When I returned to the carpark at around 1.10pm, I found that my car's front left corner had been hit by an unknown vehicle.
