The body was found by fishermen several miles off the shore.
A trash bag containing a woman's body has been found off the Florida coast, as reported by the U.S. Coast Guard .
According to Fox13, witnesses who found the body said they had been spear-fishing and discovered the bag when they were readying to change location. The network reported the fishermen cut open the bag and saw skin, as well as what they believed was a bra strap or bikini. Some 4,400 unidentified bodies are recovered each year. Of those, 1,000 bodies remain unidentified after 12 months.
