Dicriscio was prone to violence, Bernstein said, and attacked Barr and scratched her face on the evening of the incident. Dicriscio fell during the scuffle and banged her head on the floor, the attorney stated. In seeking Barr’s pre-trial detention in August, Assistant Prosecutor Dana Anton cited her prior record, which includes convictions for weapons possession and domestic violence contempt, along with two prior restraining orders signed against her several years ago by two different men.
