A woman is in ICU following an attack by three pit bulls while on a walk in a Magnolia subdivision as a judge has ordered the animals destroyed, according to reports.
The Hazy Hollow subdivision in Magnolia was the scene of a June 20 dog mauling where a woman was sent to ICU.
A neighbor down the street heard the woman’s screams, finding her quiet during the attack and thinking she was dead. The neighbor dialed 911, drove to look for help from a friend and returned when first responders were there with the dogs having fled. The dogs were eventually located by county animal control forces, according to the Police Reporter.
