Woman finds mysterious shoe in her pocket after night out - now she is hoping to find her 'Cinderella'
A single woman found a mysterious shoe in her pocket after a wild night out in the Gay Village has jokingly said she hopes the power of social media will eventually lead her to her 'Cinderella'.
Sharing a post to Facebook the following morning, Rachel, from Heywood, wrote: "Gooooood morning Facebook!!!! Soooooo I went gay village last night and long story short, I found a shoe in my pocket this morning so suppose I'm trying to find my Cinderella? Please let the power of fb help meeeee."Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, Rachel said: "I went out with a couple of friends who are part of a lesbian group on Facebook and they arranged a group meet-up.
"I think at about 3am I was dancing with a friend in the EVA bar. I think that's where the shoe literally just appeared. I picked it up and had a look around for a girl with a shoe missing. Surely she had to be looking for it too, right? Well then I left the village at maybe 5am on my own in a taxi.
