Investigators are asking that anyone with information contact Lebanon City Police Department.
Becky Metrick | [email protected] were dispatched to the railroad crossing at 7th Street at 12:36 p.m., for a report of a pedestrian struck. Police said witnesses saw the woman walking south of 7th Street and attempted to cross the tracks in front of the approaching train when she was hit.The woman died as a result of the crash. No one else was injured, according to police.
The woman didn’t have identification on her at the time of the crash, police said. She is from Lebanon and is believed to be in her late 50s or early 60s.Anyone with information is asked to call the Lebanon City Police Department at 717-272-2054.
