Residents were evacuated from their homes following the incident.
Cops were called to Crosshill Street in Lennoxtown at around 5.45pm yesterday evening following a report of a crash involving a single car.Police confirmed she has also been arrested in connection with the incident and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.Road closures were also put in place.
The road reopened around 9pm last night and residents have since been allowed to return to their homes.spokesperson said:"Around 5.45pm on Friday, May 12, 2023, we were called to a report of a crash involving a single vehicle which resulted in a gas leak on Crosshill Street in Lennoxtown."She's also been arrested in connection with the incident and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
