A man at the scene was arrested. No information about him was immediately released but cops say charges are pending. The name of the victim, described as a resident of Toronto, also has not yet been released as investigators attempt to contact her next-of-kin. Police are appealing to witnesses, anyone that may have heard or seen anything unusual in the area to call them at 416-808-7400.
